53BBB.  Collection  of  tax  from  Member  of  Stock  Exchanges.- 

The  Chief Executive Officer of a stock exchange shall collect tax at the rate of    *[zero point One zero percent (0.10%)] on the value of shares, debentures, mutual funds ¹[,bonds] or securities transacted by a member of a stock exchange at the time of payment for such transaction.]
