১[ধারা ১৩ এর বিধান ক্ষুন্ন না করিয়া এবং ৬৮ এবং ৬৯]-এ যাহা কিছুই থাকুক না কেন, Customs Act এর Section 39 - এর শর্তাবলি যে ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য সে ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ড্র-ব্যাক মঞ্জুর করা হইবে না।
