করদাতাদের সার্বিক সেবা প্রদানের জন্য সারাদেশে ৬৪৯টি সার্কেল গঠিত। সার্কেল অফিসই মূলত: করদাতার সেবা গ্রহণ/প্রদানের মূল কেন্দ্রবিন্দু। সার্কেল কর্মকর্তা (ডিসিটি) সার্কেলের অধিক্ষেত্রাধীন করদাতাদের সেবা প্রদান করেন।

দেশে বিভিন্ন মর্যাদার করদাতা বিদ্যমান। করদাতাকে একদিকে সুষ্ঠু সেবা প্রদান অন্যদিকে করদাতার সুষ্ঠু সেবা গ্রহণের ব্যবস্থাবলয় তৈরীর জন্যই সার্কেলে জুরিসডিকশন (অধিক্ষেত্র)। সকল কর কমিশনারের জারীকৃত প্রজ্ঞাপন বিশ্লেষণ করে সার্কেল জুরিসডিকশন (অধিক্ষেত্র)এর সফটওয়ারটি তৈরী। সফটওয়ার ব্যবহার করে যে কোন প্রান্ত হতেই করদাতার অধিক্ষেত্র জানতে/দেখতে পারবেন।

ব্যবহার বিধি:

কোম্পানী: ব্যবহারকারীর সুবিধা বিবেচনায় কোম্পানী নামে আলাদা বাটন সংযোজিত। জেলাওয়ারী কোম্পানীর জুরিসডিকশন। সুতরাং কোম্পানী বাটনে ক্লিক করে জেলা সিলেক্ট করুন, অপেক্ষা করুন পরবতী কার্যক্রমের, আপনি পেয়ে যাবেন আপনার কাঙ্খিত সার্কেল।

সার্ভিস(চাকুরী)এর ক্ষেত্রে নিয়োগকারী বা চাকুরীস্থল, প্রোফেশন(পেশা)এর ক্ষেত্রে পেশার নাম বা স্থান, বিজনেস(ব্যবসা)এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবসার নাম বা স্থান বিবেচনা করতে হবে এবং একই নিয়মে কাঙ্খিত সার্কেল পাবেন।

To render better services to taxpayers the whole country has divided in 649 circles. Circle offices are the key point for the assessee and taxes authority regarding the exchange of services. The respective officer (DCT) renders the requisite various services to the assessee as per jurisdiction of that circle.

In respective of status so many assessee have in the country. The jurisdiction has been created to exchange the proper services between the tax authority and the assessee of various statuses. Analyzing all jurisdictions of different taxes zone, this software named JURISDICTION being developed. The assessee from anywhere using this software can find out the name of the circle, address & other information with location where to be assessed.

How to use:

Company: new button named COMPANY included with a view for easy searching. The jurisdiction of company is always as per civil district territory. So first click the button 'COMPANY', then select the district on the box & wait for seconds for next message and as per message move forward you will reach your destination- the desire circle.

To search the jurisdiction for services, professionals, business respectively the employer/place of posting, selective name of profession/place, name of the business/place of business to be followed and search as above way to reach the destination- the desire circle.
