Ø Process Steps:

Step 1: Land Clearance

For Private Land Owner:

Land Clearance from RAJUK

For RAJUK or Government Land Owner:

Land Clearance from Appropriate Authority

Step 2: Drawing

Deed or agreement of land, Mutation, Parcha, DCR, Tax receipt and copy of land clearance

Step 3: Collect form from Agrani Bank, RAJUK Bhaban branch.

Step 4: Pay fee at Agrani Bank.

Step 5: Submit all documents with bank draft.
